"Yoga with Rachael relieved tension my body was carrying due to bone injury. Her attention to detail, encouragement and soothing practice gave me more movement in painful areas than I’d experienced in a long time.
Through regular practice with Rachael I gained more body stability and confidence in working with my body to keep it as active as possible."
"I wish I'd come sooner! Very welcoming and relaxed enough that makes it much more likely that you'll try postures that you might not in a different environment.
Rachael really knows her stuff and has a lovely calm and flexible style of teaching, that lets her adapt postures to suit each individual.
People say yoga is for everyone - in this case, I'd say it's actually true."
"Yoga as taught by Rachael is the only yoga class that ever inspired me to come back for more.
It's been the perfect combination of doing something relaxing and not strenuous, while at the same time doing real work to improve some aches and pains I have had, and generally feeling like I'm doing something that is good for my health.
All the instructions were also clear and easy to understand."
" I started classes with Rachael few months ago and just love it. I would recommend this to someone who doesn't like big classes and like quiet peaceful and relaxed environment.
Yoga also helped me to calm down in more life... after rushing from work to training my body knows how to relax and recover faster.
Thank you Rachael and keep the good work."
