Rachael from Edinburgh Yoga Therapy primarily works from clients homes
but also is available for sessions on Friday within Calm on Canning Street.
All props are provided and are cleaned between uses including blankets and bolster covers.
Private yoga sessions are suitable for either beginners or those looking to expand their yoga practice and develop understanding and awareness in a safe supported environment. Along with improving core strength using Pilates techniques, these sessions will centre around your body and can take whatever focus you need to help support you on your yoga journey.
A personally tailored programme can improve body awareness, flexibility and mental clarity.
This could be to support recovery from injury, illness, emotional stress or anxiety, or to compliment other sports and physical activity.
£50 for a 60 minute session
£180 for four 60 minute sessions
