Due to the current Scottish Government Restrictions sessions can no longer take place within households until the current restrictions change.
Sessions can currently take place in the Wellness Centre of Calm on Canning Street on Mondays and Fridays or online via Zoom.
Private yoga sessions are suitable for either beginners or those looking to expand their yoga practice and develop understanding and awareness in a safe supported environment. Along with improving core strength using Pilates techniques, these sessions will centre around your body and can take whatever focus you need to help support you on your yoga journey.
A personally tailored programme can improve body awareness, flexibility and mental clarity.
This could be to support recovery from injury, illness, emotional stress or anxiety, or to compliment other sports and physical activity.
Until April 2021 Rachael has some availability for case studies as part of the final part of her yoga therapy training.
This involves undertaking four sessions on a weekly or biweekly basis.
The first four sessions are discounted to £25 per session.
Any further sessions after the first four will be charged at normal rates detailed below.
As part of being a case study you will need to give permission to discuss your case with the Yoga Therapy Institute. This will be in confidence and anonymous.
